Thank you for alerting me to the events connected with this summer’s “Ride to Freedom.”
The Chinese government’s campaign against Falun Gong has been, and continues to be severe, brutal, ugly, and vicious. Tens of thousands of Falun Gong practitioners have been arrested and sent to prisons or re-education camps. Thousands of Falun Gong practitioners have reportedly died as a result of Chinese torture and mistreatment.
I give great credit to the Freedom Riders for bringing national awareness to the persecution of Falun Dafa. Best wishes on your journey across the United States of America.
